US Election Eve Projection

A new survey released by Maru/Blue Public Opinion finds that on the eve of the US election, Americans are split on who they think is going to win the White House on Tuesday night (or in the days that follow) but are clearer on who they think should win the presidency and which of the two candidates will most likely take the country in the right direction.

Who Americans think will win the presidency: a dead heat between President Donald Trump (37%) and former Vice President Joe Biden (36%) – separated by those who say they honestly don’t know (28%).

Who they think should win the presidency: more clearly, they settle on a former Vice President Joe Biden (46%) versus Pres. Donald Trump (38%) – separated by those who say they honestly don’t know (16%).

And, if either win, how goes the country?
