We will provide education opportunities to ensure that we raise awareness on equitable and inclusive practices across the organization.

We will create communication mechanisms and channels for colleagues and stakeholders to provide new perspectives that will make a difference through relevant actions, approaches, and policies.
WE WILL FOCUS ON OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS AND PRACTISES
We will introduce recruitment approaches to ensure that the candidate pool from which we recruit maximizes our opportunity for diversity. We commit to ensuring our hiring panels are diverse and receive education on implicit bias.
WE WILL FOCUS ON SPECIFIC LOCAL ACTIONS
Our Diversity, Inclusivity, and Belonging program - Maru Cares is implemented on a local office basis; each office will direct its efforts to initiatives that foster DIB both internally and externally.

We will publish our progress against these initiatives every quarter to all of our colleagues.
