Canadians and Self-Care During the Pandemic

A survey released today by Maru Public Opinion that was conducted for Scotiabank finds a majority (79%) of Canadians have partaken in at least one self-care activity since the pandemic began a year ago—and spending an average of $281.54 to do so.
