Feedback from our Maru Blue UK panel through 2020 and 2021 indicates that between 80-90% of UK consumers are concerned, with the greatest apprehension amongst Millennials and Gen Z (those aged under 35) and new families, where the arrival of children focus the mind on what it will be like for future generations. In essence, the more people are connected to looking ahead, the more fearful they become.
